When playing the Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 audio (EAC3 ) output is garbled - it sounds like sound on/off in quick succession or stuttering ( in kodi 19.1 and coreelec 19.2.rc3 )

i have not problem in other audio format (dd+ 5.1 / d atmos / .... )
