Any help with an issue while gaming with Geforce Now?

Hi, I have a problem when using the gt king when using Geforce Now.

Sometimes the image freezes but the audio can still be heard and I can still do actions with the controller.


This doesnt happen if I use the service with my phone.
In my phone, if there is some connection issues it lowers the resolution and fps or it resumes quickly, but in the tv box if it freezes, it will be stuck like that until I exit the app and enter again.

My connection is very good thats not the problem. And with the box happens with ethernet cable or with 5ghz wifi.

I have done some things like lower the resolution and fps of the box but that doesnt do anything.

Any good help is appreciated.

Can you tell us the SN code on the bottom of your device and the version number of the system you are currently using? We test your problem.

That's exactly the same behavior when app freezing. Audio is playing but image is frozen.
