SEI8 sound

I have a SEI8 8279H that I just received. There is no audio output device installed. I have been round and round with support but no answers. Anyone have a clue? Also, cannot seem to activate auto power on and I see others have the same issue. TIA

I tried everything and had to send it back. I received the new one yesterday and all is well now. Must have been a faulty unit.
