Google Assistant Problem

Hello admin,
My device is Gt-king Pro 6B9H and I am using latest firmware on it. Problem is "Hey Google" not working by pressing mic button on the remote control, and in the assistant settings "Voice Match" option is disabled, the message blow is "this option is not available for current device". There are a few more small problems but for me Google Assistant problem is the most important one. Is there a way to fix this? Appreciates if you can help me out.

Thanks so much for the help. The problem was solved by flashing the Alvatec's custom rom. Voice match option is working, hey Google is working..
