Hi friend, I think exactly the same as you, Beelink should remove the built-in Android System webview and insert the one that updates directly from the Play Store but I don't think they ever will, given the stupid answers they give us. I am sure of one thing but my next box will be a minix.

With a 10 year old box I can do what I can't do with beelink GT King.

So I did as you said I downloaded Google Chrome and activated Chrome in webview instead of Android System webview, and I deactivated image reader in the flags settings. At first the internet videos worked in Chrome, then I downloaded 1dm browser and the videos no longer worked. Evidently the problem is more serious than it seems.
Anyway it doesn't matter.Now I'm using Samsung browser which on this box works very well the streaming videos work and also the dark theme and downloading the adguard extension blocks all advertisements. By now I have given up using Chrome and chromium based browsers with this box, you have to compromise on this box because it has huge software bugs.
