Totally disappointed

I took delivery of the GT King Pro 3 days ago and apart from its speed it has zero redeeming qualities.
The picture quality is poor with no detail in peoples faces. Flat like cartoon and no way to adjust sharpness, saturation, brightness, contrast.
Location can't be turned on.
HDR to SDR doesn't work very well ... poor brightness/contrast.
The screenshot function won't capture anything apart from GUI.
Kodi zoom function only increases height but not width

I'm going back to my £15 tvbox that can do everything properly but slowly  (Also android 9)

Write support to Beelinka, they will definitely deal with it and improve some things. That is my suggestion.

For testing and comparison of picture quality, run CoreELEC on your device and see if it is the Android OS that is the issue.....

  I found an old version of ES File manager on an old tvbox and had a play with pq_default ini file.
Correcting the typos (Moudle to Module and Satuation to Saturation) improved the picture and colours no end, people now have flesh coloured faces and detail rather than 'cartoon' faces before.
I also disabled Noise reduction and sharpness0

Enabling DisplayOverscan had no effect, Maybe some Guru could point me in the direction to make this box zoom in properly as all my other boxes can do this, a vital feature when watching movies.

That is not the sort of reply that i would expect from you.
What I need is support to make the box perform to the way I believe it's capable of given the high spec chipset.
The firmware needs to tell the hardware that it's a 4k or 6k box NOT 1080 as this one seems to be.

Do you mean you can only set the resolution of 1080P? Have you turned on the automatic adjustment option?

Not coreelec just the box Kodi Mx Player but I've played again with the pq file and found the settings that are ok for my tv.
now I need to figure out how to zoom x,y more than 1920,1080.
For Instance if there's a movie that is 1920 x 800 I like to zoom y to 1040 with x overscanned, possibe with all my old boxes .

It makes no difference. If a movie is 1820 x 800 I want to zoom 800 to 1040 with 1920 overscanned
