Help! All USB ports and remote control stop working

Hi, all USB ports on GS king pro and it's remote control stop working.  I can't navigate at all, I did a full reset but still every mouse/keyboard/track pads I plug in the ports does the work. Is this a hardware issue or can installing a wrong recovery. img do this? Thank you.

The USB is to PC is throwing error messages like "device unrecognized etc" as was trying to flash new firmware via USB burning tools. Even pressing the reset pin hole button underneath the GS king pro.
Haven't tried the SDcard method so I'll give it a try and report back.

The SDcard updated it but still no USB/remote control function. Looks like a hardware failure.
