Bootloop after ota update

Sorry for the delay in replying.

When I unsuccessfully tried to flash to 919PO and when I successfully flashed to 912PO, I did NOT change normal erase to erase all as I did not know about this.

BUT, I have since successfully updated 912PO to 919PO using OTA!  I have no idea why it worked this time but I'm very happy about it.

good morning after black screen update ..... tried reset from rear box hole .... black screen remains .... I ask for help

I think it was on Wednesday.

It has definitely updated because I have the split screen function which has been missing since Android 7.

Have you tried and the usb method?
It will work and revive your tv box 100%!

First of all you will need a usb male to male cable for the flashing...
And also you will need to disable the Driver Signature Enforcement if you have Windows 10 to install properly the Amlogic USB burning tool...

One note ...
Just use better the usb tool 2.2.0 and not the 2.1.7.1 from the tutorial !

3 things you must check again...
1 - did you do it right with the Driver Signature Enforcement ?
it's the main ''source'' of drivers problems!!!
2 - did you plug both the power cable and the usb cable to the tv box together ?
3 - is your usb male to male cable ... good ?
maybe try another one if you have or create one from 2 old phone cables!
