I have the same problem due to switching from Uefi to Dual Boot Uefi and Legacy Mode. (Gti i5-8259u)
Since then, HDMI has stopped working and that is very annoying because i currently have no other option than to use this option.
The method to reset the BIOS using the CLEAR CMOS button did not work .

I hope there is a solution to this problem, if not I have decided to return the device
It is actually a very good device, but such a mistake is very disappointing.

.

With best regards from Germany

If you use the USB-C interface, is there a signal?
