Hi Beelink Support,  Need Urgent Assistance


I updated from 914P0 to 916P0 using Local Update. But when it restart it only boot up to Setting the Remote Control!  There is no way for me to return to the Androd Launch Screen to access all my applications, it just stuck at Setting the Remote Control.


What kind of update is this?  Followed the instruction to use Local Update and now the device basically does NOT work anymore as I cannot access to the Android Launch Screen.


Would appreciate your guidance on how to return GT King Pro to normal working order.

Hi Beelink Support,

If install 917P0 firmware using USB method, will all the application and data on the GT King Pro be erased?  If yes, is there a method to recover to previous 914P0 without having to erase all the data on the device.  


Or is there a way to disable SettingsMbox Version 1.2.5.  Force Stop "SettingsMbox" just return to same Screen of Setting The Remote Control.

Sorry ,only the OTA update can restore the machine update
And there is another easy way to update the machine,but it need to enter the app interface

This is what I did (the above link method) to update from 914P0 Firmware to 916P0 Firmware.  Once the system successfully updated to 916P0, it automaiically restart to the "Set Up Remote Control Screen" and I cannot get out of it to the normal Android Launch Screen?  I use the "2.4G infrared remote control" so click left arrow button and it goes into "SettingsMbox" menu and stuck there. Force Stop goes back to "Remote Control Setup Screen" again.  Power down and power up again, The "Remote Control Setup Screen" again,


Is there anyway I can get out of this "Remote Control Setup Screen" to go to the normal Android Launch Screen/App?


CANNOT get into the normal Android Launch Screen where I can access all the programs including "Local Update". Appreciate your guidance how to resolve this issue so that I can use GT King Pro again on Android.

I notice in the USB_Burning_Tool there are options "Erase Flash" and "Erase bootloader" which are both "Checked or Enabled", if I want to keep the device data (app the Apks installed) can I "Unchecked" these two options Not to Erase Flash and Erase bootloader?
