BIOS Update with FreeBSD?

Hi,

I have seen that there is a new(er) BIOS APL34704 2021-03-04 for my Gemini T34. Is there any way to install it with a system running FreeBSD only? Like preparing a FreeDOS boot ISO or something like that?

If your machine is normal，please do not update the bios
And there is bios for T34-M not T34, Where did you download the BIOS？
