bluetooth problem

Hello, I have the Gt King Pro Wifi 6 6B9HH1 model with 914PO_WOL as standard, with only 1 week, but the bluetooth does not pair with devices, nor with the sony android tv, with RI4 control, with nothing, they do not work, and with other tvbox If they worked, I don't know if it's from the firmware or what it could be, a greeting and see if you can help me

Try pairing a bluetooth device with it 'literally' sitting right beside the beelink box.
IF that then works, but looses connections a few feet apart, then you might have one of the boxes that got assembled with wifi and bluetooth antenna wires reversed inside the box. ( check for posts on this in the forums)

Also, if you have any accessorie 'dongles' attatched to the box such as wireless keyboards, other remotes etc... try removing them and see if it improves. IF so then put those dongles on an external usb hub / usb extender cable as far from the beelink as possible because its well known they interfere with signals.

Lastly, IF at all possible, DONT connect your box over wifi ( especially wifi 6.. instead use direct ethernet cable connect because wifi, USB2, USB3, and bluetooth all have been known to interfere with each other.

Should all of these 'tests' fail, then i would just return / replace it.

Thanks, the wifi works well and has a lot of coverage, and the bluetooth is that it did not link, because after messing around, I did not want to touch any firmware etc, because it is very new, they have been paired when I entered developer mode giving it 4 times and In a bluetooth option, I have to see it in front and I'm not there right now, by default it says 1.4, it was 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5, I put 1.5 and it did not work, I put it in 1.3, and the smart remote sony android tv started working.
I tried with buetooth programs and nothing, in the end I left one just for convenience, tomorrow morning (in Spain), I look at it and put the program that I have installed and I put everything I have done to make it work, in case someone can help you, greetings and thank you very much

Well, I was going to update because it seemed that it was going well and they are still the same, but when updating OTA, UPDATE & BACKUP does not appear, only UPDATE, and no options appear, and if I put it with an SD as it says in the tutorial that Beelink put ( through the hole) and this appears:

E:unable to open/sdcard/galilei-ota-eng.member2.zip:NO SUCH FILE OR DIRECTORY
E:FAILED TO MAP FILE
INSTALLATION ABORTED.

Come on, it won't let me update in any way with the links that you put Beelink, but apart from the UPDATE & BACKUP and its options they don't appear to me
