I should clarify, I'm after expanding the original storage; so for the one I need to buy, can it be NVMe? if not compatible, then does it have to be SATA m.2? or can it be the traditional factor, like the Samsung 860 EVO? and in any case, how big can it be?

hi, thanks for the info; just to confirm, so the board of the GK55 has two M.2 connectors, one of the original SSD that comes with the GK55 plus a spare one available for storage upgrade?

Hi All, I finally got the GK55 unit with me; I can report after opening it, that it can only have 1 x M.2 drive (the one that comes preinstalled) so it can not have another one, and you can add a 7mm thick 2.5inch drive (ssd or hdd), up to 1TB. Cheers All.
