Hi Guys,

We currently have some issues with a T34.
When we are trying to reboot the system the screen stays black, lights indicate that the system is working.
It does not boot to windows again.

When we push the on/off button on the T34 and shutdown and power it on again it works just fine.
We run W10 Pro 20H2 on it..

Hope you guys have a solution...

Hello, I have this same issue, and it's definitely not the system disk. We've tried multiple operating systems, and have restored the bios to factory settings more than once. It can handle an installation, and run our OS  just fine, but when you hit restart, it turns mostly off, but the red light is still on underneath, and the fan has stopped - almost like it's in hibernate. This was in Ubuntu. We've installed the same OS on multiple T34 devices in the past with no issue. Also sometimes when we hit the power button to turn it off (while it's off), the light comes on for a second, the fan spins for a second, and then it all shuts off again, like it couldn't quite start up. 3 or 4 tries, and then it works - but still won't restart properly.

Hello.
You can try to long press the reset button in the reset hole for more than five seconds to reset, if it does not work, it may be a hardware problem, we suggest contacting the seller for replacement or repair.
