I have 4k tv but when i select 4k it keeps changing to default 1080p, why?
I would like 4k permanent but even after reboot it goes to default 1080.

And also would like 4k60p, is that possible?
Thanks.

Could you make a video for me? It's the process from after you set the 4k resolution, to restarting, and then back to 1080P. We need videos to communicate with the technicians

You can put your video into a certain network disk, and then send the connection to me. What do you mean by organizing sound and display? You can provide any suggestions you have

Hi my GS-King keeps refreshing to 1080p60 screen resolution even though I have a 4k tv. I do select 4k30(no 4k60 option) but goes back to 1080p60 when tv is turned off/on.

Any ideas please? Thx.
Edit: https://gofile.io/d/7eNhm5.  This is the 4k/1080p resolution issue. Thx.

Sorry I know your problem, but we did not have this problem after our own testing, so I hope you can shoot a video for us, so that we can better solve this problem
You can upload the video to One Drive, etc. and then send the connection to us

Hi here is the video: https://gofile.io/d/7eNhm5

Sorry, we don’t know why the link you gave is often not loaded during the viewing process, and the download also fails. It may be due to our network incompatibility. Can we change it in several ways? (It is recommended to give more methods at once, so that even if the next one fails, I don’t need to ask you again)

Are you using our firmware? Sorry for this question because we don’t have a similar situation, so it will take some time to solve it for you, please forgive me for a lot of questions
