U57 audio drivers download

bought a new beelink u57 last week for recording purposes only to find the audio jack does not work, will it need new drivers(is it stereo Mike in?)can anyone help

Does your audio jack fail to work normally, does it mean that the microphone does not work?

The audio jack is dead (no headphones or mikes work) but the HDMI connection to my tv works fine, I tried a usb adapter and the phones are good but the mike input is working but very noisy ,So, no joy with the audio jack,, I think I`ll have to return the Mini PC
