Hi,
Just recently gotten a BT3-X. Bluetooth does not seem to be present in Settings or Device Manager but Wifi is working perfectly.
Windows 10 is fully updated. I also have a unknown USB under Device Manager.
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
