usualy during instalation of an aplication box shut down and i have to unpug it to restart.

is more often when using or instaling kodi apps

I think someone from the beelink support should help you as you say your using official power supply and latest firmware.

Last thing I can say it try another power supply with same Volt and Amp make sure it good quality. Most power off is due to weak power.

Can you try to re-install the latest firmware again?

It must be something to do with firmware as it is only happening during installation on any app.

Hi str148996.

This can happen with poorly coded addons used in Kodi. Customizing Kodi hardware features like Audio could also lead to this issue. However very common issue can be traced to the use of Kodi advancedsettings.xml file and improperly configured. Would need to see pasted contents of this file to confirm.

the only modifications you can make are with what ever is in your box. pinions etc... body can not be touched with anything but paint or stickers. your only allowed to pick your own remote and batteries.
