yes there is a button and i did reset but still same not detected. I guess you better reproduce the problem at your side first rather than trial and errors

Sorry, we need your help again. Please unplug and plug the SSD again. If it is not recognized, please try whether the SSD can be recognized by Bios on other devices.

What you say is not meaningfull. It is installed below the heatsink. Not easy position to remove and replug  I dont have any other device to test it. It is recognized under Windows so M2.sata Works fine

And is your M.2 SATA used in other machines before? Or a brand new one just purchased

If it has been used before, whether the system has been installed before and whether the SSD has been manually partitioned

Did CMOS reset. Still same M2.sata is not detected.
It is brand new. Just cloned the Windows from MMC to M2.sata with clone SW inside Windows 10.
I bought the MII-V from Aliexpress SZBOX store on 11.11.2019
