G10 Air Mouse doesn't work anymore

Hi,

My Gt1-mini2 was working just fine but suddenly the supply G10 Air Mouse did stop working. I tried everything even factory reset but nothing works. I even bought a new G10S Air Mouse but the problem remains, not working.

I connected an smal keybord on the USB3 port, this is working.

However, I want to use my G10 Air Mouse. Please advise.

Sorry but it is not that simple, however I did check your suggestion but the situation remains.

On one mouse only the power button works and on the other power button and mouse cursor by using Arrow buttons are working.
