ERROR Netflix and Prime

Is from yesterday I am not able to connect to:
- NETFLIX: UI-800-3 (307006) - according to netflix web site is an hardware problem
- PRIME: General error

ALL THE  OTHERS APP, as you tube, WORKING PROPERLY, so is not a connection problem

Please fix soon as possible is not the best moment to stay with no tv

Please try CoreElec as this issue will not come with CoreElec (CE) as it is not android it is Linux OS and should not have any issue with Netflx.

Please try the steps mentioned in the link after you run corelec.
How to play netflix video on Kodi.

Inform me of your experience.

Hello, I have the same problem
NETFLIX: UI-800-3 (307006)

The Netflix APP was installed from the APPmarket !
It's been like this for 3 days

The FW is the 7.1.2 and all the app are updated from the store ... Already cleared the cache for both the not working app tryed also an hard reset and nothing happened

Is my opinion, but aren't too many people  having the same problem ?

Hello,
Device is Beelink GT1-A with firmware 709N1_20190301-163348.
I cant connect to Netflix with error code ui-800-3 (207006).
I tried to fix the error in all ways up to reset box to factory settings.
Nothing helps. I'll very appriciate for all your help.

I do confirm the reported problem, opening Netflix (ninja) app UI-800-3 error pops up. Pressing "more details" button there, the following message is displayed:
Could not connect to Netflix- Please try again or restart your home network and streaming device. For more information visit...
Code: ui-113

There is another function inside the app to check the network. It reports that netflix serves are OK, internet connection is also OK.
Restarting my home route and/or GT1-A box makes no difference. However using Kodi app or Netflix mobil app I can watch netflix content.
Build number of my GT1-A box is 709N1.

I've googled, and Netflix says it's hardware problem, and that we should contact manufacturer.

I've sent an email to beelink. Nobody replied.

According to what  NETFLIX CUSTOMER CARE told me this box doesn't match anymore the minimum requirements.
