Gemini X55 doesn't start anymore

Hello,
My X55 is less than 3 months old. I just moved it to another desk and now it is not working anymore. Windows 10 cannot start : Error: Critical process died. I tried all the recovery steps of windows 10 but it didn't help.
When I start it, it is stuck to the problems resolving page of windows (the blue one). It cannot reboot anymore.
