Clear Cache button doesn't work

I have two (2) GT1 mini 2 that are running the Lighthome launcher with Android 9.  Over all the  GT1 mini 2 box runs just fine, however, the clear cache button does not work. This problem occurred on the first box from the time I plugged it in.  And on the other box after I did a factory reset.  Can you please let me know if there is a fix for this problem?  Thank You
