Can't power off

I don't know how to turn off this TV box, becaouse when I turn off my TV box, then it will turn itself on in a moment. The power button on system or remote control can't power off correctly. Only way how to turn off is disconnect the power cable. It's not comfortable.

Had same problem. Box would turn back on then turn the TV back on. I disabled CEC controls on both TV and box to fix this.

Tried several different settings such as turning off some of the CEC options on one end but nothing worked other than disabling CEC controls on box and also under HDMI settings on TV.

CEC controls HDMI communication between the two devices.
