Microsd / TF card slot direction

Can anyone tell me what size micro sd card and show me how to insert it into the slot? I am not sure which way it should be inserted.

I couldn't get the pc to read the micro sd cards.

I am using 128GB. Insert it upside down just like USB port.

Thanks. Managed to use the drive successfully with a 256GB card.
