I bought on October 11th, 2019 through Amazon.it your Beelink BT3-X Mini PC, Intel Apollo Lake Celeron J3355 LPDDR4 4G + eMMC 64G, WiFi 2,4G / 5,8G, BT 4.0, 4K, LAN 1000 Mbps, HDMI, Windows 10. After several weeks of great satisfaction, today I was obliged to hard-boot the unit due to the crash of one installed software. The unit restarted but in a protected mode stopping the recovery to 30%. Again I forced the reboot a second time getting the same result. Now after three times, the unit doesn't start anymore. I have pressed the on-off button, the blue light was on for about 10 seconds and then the blue light disappeared and the unit is not loading the operative system. Can you help me? I have used the pc no more than 6-7 times. Thank you for your support

Please try to press and hold the recovery hole when the power is on. If it still does not work, please open the bottom case, unplug the cmos battery, leave it for 3 minutes, and check if there is still a problem.
