I have Beelink J45 and a Adata SU760 1TB SSD. It does not recognise the SSD. What am I doing wrong?

J45 only supports SATA 3.0 transmission and is compatible with the previous generation. It does not support Nvme protocol and PCIe transmission. Please check if your hard disk is SATA 3.0.

It is now working, I have the  Adata SU760 1TB SSD working perfect, I´m very happy.

First I checked it was being recognised in the Bios, it was. I then wrote Beelink support email (beelinkservice@bee-link.com), they responded in 15 hours with the answer:

Thank you for your mail
After installing a new SSD on a PC, it needs to be formatted to be recognized by the device.
You can format the SSD in Disk Manager.

I went into Windows Disc Management, I could see it there, formatted it and chose a drive letter and, whalla !!! it worked.

Thank you Beelink for a great service.
