3.5 mini jack output sounding only on left speaker

Hi , both connecting headphones and desktop speakers I only get sound on the left speaker. The realtek driver according to windows is updated. Has someone the same thing happened?

3.5 mm PC connectors of medium high or low range. They get damaged sooner or later.
I recommend you clean it with a vacuum cleaner and something that does not produce powder and buy something with this and not disconnect it anymore.

note that the 3.5mm jack has triple strip so you can connect mic and headphones
2 strip (headphones)
3 strip (headphones and mic)
