How to Get Rid of the "Beelink J45 User Feedback Event Awards" Notice?

Hi

Everytime I come to the forums here,
I see this Notice on the Bottom-Left corner..

Clicking "Close" will only close it this time,
and next time I visit the website,
or even in current time If I just switch to another page in the forums,
it will show again..

How can I make it stop?
