No audio on Neflix

Hello from Greece,

one week ago I bought a GT Mini tv box and on Netflix I have no audio. The only solution I found was while playing the movie changing audio from native to another language and then back to native, but it is vey annoying as I have to do the same everytime I open the movie and if there is no other language than native, I simply have no sound at all. Can you please help me out?

We did not generate this problem, you can try to reset it, or re-burn the firmware in the link below.

I did load the recommended 8.0 fw and Netflix did not worked at all with a repeated error message and a countdown to retry login with no success. I then upgraded it on 9.0, I download Netflix through App of Beelink and after successful login no audio again while playing movies. To resolve the problem I dragged movie's process bar and sound came up (a read the workaround on previous posts). Can you please come back with solution/fix?

Is the machine you purchased GT1 mini or GTmini-A? Our GTmini-A has not produced such a situation. Can I send the S/N code at the bottom of the machine to me?
