I was watching a TV show on beelink GT1 (16gb) & suddenly the unit froze. The screen turned to a kind of snow effect of blocks, the sound was stuck repeating like a stuck CD ""Ju Ju Ju Ju Ju"
After disconnecting TV & Beelink & letting them rest, now the beelink has no HDMI signal recognised by the TV. The white light is on solid on the GT1 but that is all.
I then tried the reset technique. • paperclip in reset hole, hold • Power on, • wait 20 seconds.
Nothing changed, still no hdmi image can be found.

Hello
When was your machine purchased? Have you tried to replace the HDMI cable, can you provide the S/N code on the back of the machine?

Hi, Thanks for your reply.
It was purchased August 2017.
I don't use it often, so maybe used less than 10 times. This was the first time to use it this year because I only use it during the summer in the room that has air-con.

Yes I tried a different HDMI cable, the one for my playstation. This cable is confirmed working because I also use it for PS3 without problem.

You can try to update the firmware in the link to see if it solves the problem

Because our brush tool is a windows program, Mac can not be installed, you can use the SD card to update the firmware.

I tried this, but nothing happened.
•SD card MS-Dos format. Copy the 3 files shown below.
• insert sd card into GT1 & connect HDMI
• Hold reset button
• connect power
• wait 15 seconds & release button.

There is nothing happening. After about 10 minutes i turned off the power, remove sd card & power back on - just black screen, no hdmi signal.

I guess this GT1 is broken after using only 10 times. :-(

Any luck? Had mine 5yrs, then same thing. Turns on, but no signal through HDMI. Tried new cable, tried different TV, nothing. Opened it up, didn't see any issues like black burn marks or anything. Worked, then didn't.
