Beelink GT1 MINI - Voice Remote Not working

Hi Team,
I have bought Beelink GT1 MINI TV Box with Voice Remote - Black 4GB DDR4+64GB ROM EU PLUG from Gearbest.com.


After receiving on 01st May, I used the product without any issue, but after 5-7 days, it's Voice remote stopped working. None of the buttons are working, however, only Power ON/OFF button is working. I could see a green LED on Voice Remote when I use other button like - Voice function, Volume function etc., but there is no response reflected on BeeLink.  Please help in resolving the issue, or else I need to return the product.

Do you have a USB signal receiver plugged into the machine? The voice button requires a long press to take effect.

Hi Team,

Yeas, adapter is connected to the BEELINK device.  What I am trying to say is that, none of the VOICE REMOTE FUNCTIONS (i.e VOLUME + -, VOICE, MENU etc.) aren't working except POWER ON/OFF.   It looks like a bug in the android version as per my understanding.

Please try the following
1. Re-plug the USB signal receiver and replace the USB port.
2. When the button is pressed, the LED of the remote control flashes normally, try to replace the battery.

If the above operation is invalid, please contact our after-sales email address and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

There is also an after-sales service card in the package box of the purchase machine, which has a contact mailbox.
