Beelink BT7 not booting

Hello, I received a week ago Beelink BT7 bought GearBest. From the day it restarted occasionally until updating Windows 10, the image on the screen went blank although the fan was running. Turn it off after use seconds after the power button no longer worked again. Lights red and blue LED but the fan does not start nor is no display.

During the last two days I've tried several times unsuccessfully to ignite but once, and for no apparent reason, relit. But my dream did not last long because, after a few minutes working properly again restarted several times until it has returned to stop working.

I'm like at first. red and blue LED but the Mini PC does not start light. The fan not hear.

Is there any way that I gestioneis device replacement directly instead of having to send it to Gearbest?

Hola, recibí hace una semana el Beelink BT7 comprado en GearBest. Desde el mismo día se reiniciaba de vez en cuando hasta que, actualizando Windows 10, se apagó la imagen de la pantalla aunque el ventilador seguía en funcionamiento. Tras apagarlo por usos segundos desde el botón de encendido ya no volvió a funcionar. Se ilumina el led rojo y azul pero el ventilador no se pone en marcha y tampoco aparece nada en pantalla.

Durante estos últimos dos días lo he intentado encender varias veces sin conseguirlo pero, en una ocasión, y sin motivo aparente, se encendió de nuevo. Sin embargo mi ilusión duró poco porque, tras unos minutos funcionando adecuadamente volvió a reiniciarse varias veces hasta que ha vuelto a dejar de funcionar.

Estoy igual que al principio. Se encienden el led rojo y azul pero el Mini pc no se pone en marcha. El ventilador tampoco se oye.

¿Hay alguna forma de que me gestioneis directamente la sustitución del dispositivo en vez de tener que enviarlo a Gearbest?
