Gemini J45 and bluetooth devices problem

Hi, I have a Beelink J45 (J4205) since few months and I started to have some problems to the Bluetooth devices (Keyboard Microsoft wedge and Apple magic mouse): randomly the devices stop to work and are like frozen. I have to turn off and on the Bluetooth on the pc and after that works all right...for an undefinited time after that refroze again and so on. Yesterday was a bad day and after a froze I was unable to connect the device and the pc didn't see those.
Drivers are upgraded, Win 10 too, Yesterday I made a new installation of win 10 but nothing...Today it see the devices again but those are still frozing randomly.
It's possible that I have some hardware problem?

..I forgot: I have unchecked on Bluetooth "allow to go to sleep mode" too and the power settings are the are the best (never disable, etc)
