win10 reinstallation question

Hi all,

I'm having a lot of troubles with wireless card (intel ac dual band) after having installed latest win10 updates.

in order to reset to factory default, which steps do I have to follow?

Hello, I'm also having problems with the wireless card.
Simply disappeared, no Wi-Fi network available.
I looked for the specific drive here in the forum, but I did not find it.
Could someone make the Wi-Fi drive available?

I contacted beelink service via email, they sent me a couple of links to download the Gmini X _Win10_1803_Home_64bit and a tutorial pdf.

1) they keep using MEGA upload which is SLOW, full of download ERRORS , the worst service they could possibly choose. I don't understand why they don't use their own download site like every other serious manifacturer would use.

2) the installer tutorial is simlpy a shame, I guess it wouldn't take much of an effort to write a readable step by step tutorial.:@

3) they say I would encounter an activation issue and I would need to contact them afterwards!!! What the hell !! :funk:

I bought a product with windows preinstalled and I WANT a serial activation code,

Just to keep things short:
1) As a customer  I am expecting to download software and drivers from a website, NOT ridiculous MEGA uploads.
2) As a customer I am expeting to have an activation code always available.

Addendum:

If I decide to keep the x45 (I bought it from amazon so I can always give it back as defective, since it is defective), I will be force to clone my drive, otherwise if in 2 years beelnk shuts down I would have problems activating it.

windows activation is connected to ms account, so if you have one it should keep your licence status even after reinstall.
