Howdy,

Received new BT7 on 9/13, setup, and no picture on Monitor.  Used a different HDMI cable, still no picture.

Next - turned off and turned on the BT7, still no picture.

Next - held down reset button watched blue light turn red and back to blue, still no picture.

Seems like I got a dud unless someone has an idea - thanks!

The first step to long press power key to turn it off, unplug the power supply. The second step is plugged in, such as lamp not bright again after long press 2s, indicator is blue or red? If it is blue, may be a TV show output is not compatible, if is red, the BIOS boot disorder . If it is a BIOS problem you can try to remove the BIOS battery .

The led 7sec blue and 3 sec red is typical after pressing the "reset" pin while booting the computer
It starts some kind of restore procedure .

I thought it deletes the BIOS but it is not the case.
I have the same problem and bought a special external BIOS programmer and put a new BIOS (v16) to the
computer . Also reset the CMOS by removing the battery . But the computer still stays at this
"recover" state with the blue and red leds.

It is up to Beelink to tell us how to use this restore procedure or how to cancel it
(As I mentioned flashing new BIOS with an external programmer and clearing CMOS does not
stop it)

Beelink we still wait...
(sorry for my frustation but I wait 3 months for an answer for a non working BT3)

King I see you have solutions .Any help?

Hi,
Same thing here.
I have the beelink with Intel Atom x7-Z8700
I tried with 5 different HDMIcables, including the cables, that came with the beelink
I tried 3 full-HD-TVs and 2 PC-Monitors, everone with 1080 resolution supported
All cables are plugged in.
I never get any picture.
Also the LEDs at the connected keyboard never show any sign of life.

If I plug in the power cable the light is blue and if I press the power-button for maybe 10 seconds it turns red.
And thats it...
No other sign of life in any way.

Coudl someone please help me?
