How can we max out the video performance in the bios for maximum 4K 60Hz video performance? Is there certain settings that will provide smoother video operation when these boxes (x45 basic) are used in the Home Theater mode, specificially with the new Kodi 18 Leia x64?

I believe the first thing to do would be to update the bios to the 10W settings. Is this true?

hello
There are no settings in the BIOS that can enhance video performance. BIOS updates can improve your machine's performance, but will slightly increase the heating problem, you need to choose.

best regards

Click system tray on the taskbar

On left menu click Plugged In

Choose Maximum

Click Apply.

Now click the home button at the menu

Click Display

Choose 60hz for Refresh rate.
Scroll to below and choose Full range for Quantization.

Click apply and exit.

x45user, thank you for the support. I unfortunatly updated my Intel drivers and no longer have the ability to adjust the video performance with the graphics settings. I have tried to go back to the original but to no avail. I have found in the bios several settings for memory usage that has helped a little. By maxing them out to the highest memory settings, the 4k action jitters are minimal now. I am still looking and testing for more options and will post them here when I find them.
