hello
I have the BT3 PRO for 4 days now ,the LAN is not working and the sound from the HDMI not working.
The ethernet shows "Identifying" and finally "Unidentified network "  not connected.
the cable is good because the moment I plug it in my other computer get conected imediatly.
I go to the device manager under Network adapters found the "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
and uninstalled it, delete  also the driver software for this device ,then I scan for new hardware
,it finding again ,and then I press update driver the driver is the one from the

I also install windows 3 times so far from the

the other problem I have is the sound.
when I have both my vga monitor and my TV conected I have no sound at all in my TV
the TV is my default sound device ,the test for the left and right speaker looks that they work
but I hear nothing.
If I have only the TV connected then I can hear the sound from the test for the right and left speaker
also I can hear sound from playing video with VLC player,
but from microsoft media player I have no sound .
many times it also looses the tv sound output witch is down to the right and I have only the speakers option.
Also even on the vga monitor the default windows player for the videos has no sound but it plays fluently 1080 video
in the other hand the VLC plays with sound  but has a lot of pixels and frame drops .

please suggest something
