Hi Beelink
Using the S2 and put a HD under the compartment. After sometime the base/bottom seems hot. Is it necessary to lift up the box for ventilation? What would your advise as the colling is only on the sides.

hi

Although SII adopts fanless passive heat dissipation, it is designed to dissipate heat according to the TDP of the machine. Therefore, under normal room temperature and good ventilation, heat dissipation can be achieved, so please use it under normal conditions to ensure the machine. There is no problem with the connection line, no bad contact, short circuit phenomenon, if you feel that the heat is not satisfied, you can also add an external cooling fan.

best regards

I have the Beelink M1 and have re purposed an old laptop cooler which I just plugged into a spare slot on my powered USB hub. I placed the M1 on the cooler, directly over one of the cooling fans. Helps a bit, maybe a few degrees C.
