Issues with Windows 10 activation

Hello. I sent your support an email but never heard back.

I am having trouble activating Windows 10 on my Mini PC Beelink S1 4+64GB that I purchased from Amazon.

It enters Windows fine but shows the unit is not activated. When I click activate, I get an incorrect license error from Microsoft. Amazon tech support helped me locate the key from within windows but even using this in the "enter new key" field still fails to activate. Please assist, I even sent a screenshot in the email.
