My new BeeLink BT7 does not start

Hi,
My new BeeLink BT7 does not start. Also there is no information about what the status light colors mean. Is Blue on or is Red on? Do I hold it for 5 seconds to get red on, or is it on with Blue?

My HDMI screen doesn't come up, my mouse and keyboard don't light up. Nothing much seems to happen.

Any suggestions? I bought another of the same model earlier, and it worked without issue. Currently it's at a friends house, or I'd check the power color myself.

I have exactly the same problem. I bought 4 of these but one does not do anything after power up. No lights on keyboard, no signal on monitor... can someone please explain this, and how it can be fixed ? Do I need to return it to the company ?

I would try a different power adapter.
i.e.  one of the working ones

I would try to write to Beelink direct and send them video about what your unit is doing. Then wait a couple of days for answer, and cooperate with them. To me, they offered at the end an address where should I send the unit to for replacement!
