Hi
I suggest  re-install Driver or re-install the OS

Thanks for useless advice, I'm professionally working with computer hardware/software for 30 years, I wouldn't ask if the problem could be solved that way.

Hello,
still not of resolution for WIFI. That will make more than one month that this equipment does not function any more in WIFI.
Beelink problem? Broadcom? Microsoft?
Problem hardware Software?
Within sight of different the requests emitted on this forum, a clear answer would be the welcome.
The fact of knowing that it is taken into account would make it possible to wait, to have would be only one time…

that would confirm your serious and your reliability,
or the reverse.

Bonjour,

Hello,
Same thing here. No working Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (error code 10 in device manager) on a new BT7 device just received.
Reinstalling Drivers and OS did not solve the issue. Without these communication options this unit is a stone.
Did someone solve this or get from Beelink a solution ?

Unfortunately I don't have a solution but I've had a somewhat similar experience. My Beelink BT7 is connected via wire to LAN so I can't comment about the wireless connection. However, when I first installed the BT7, my bluetooth keyboard worked as expected. After the first Windows 10 update, the BT7 failed to recognize the bluetooth keyboard. I traced the problem to an error code 10 (unable to start) on the Broadcom driver. I've reinstalled the driver several times and have had Windows "look for the latest driver" but to no avail. My guess is that Microsoft changed something that no longer allows the Broadcom driver to work (most likely a "security" modification). Broadcom has yet to come up with an update and Beelink is stuck in the middle.
