Annoying problem with gamepad DPAD and Start Button

Hello,
So I have mini MXIII II android TV Box, it's really great, but I thought I will play some game also, but... I connected my PS3 gamepad, generally it's working great via bluetooth and cable, but damn, there is one annoying problem. When I'm pressing up D-pad, it's moving me to apps menu, and start button is moving me to the start menu. So, I can't play any game. I wrote serval emails to beelink support, but there is no answer, great job guys. My firmware is fully updated. What more I can do?
