Just unpackaged the BT3 I received thru Amazon.com. Haven't started it up yet, but noticed the initial post showed that Linux is supported. I would rather run Ubuntu than deal with MS Windows. Does this come pre-loaded with a Linux distribution? If not, how do I access the bios to ensure it reads a USP drive first during boot-up?

I bought BT3 Pro with 4 GB RAM and 64 eMMC. With Windows Media Player Classic Homecinema (MPC-HC) 1.7.13 or 1.7.11, or synonymous with Kodi, is jerking with h264 8bit 720p DTS video. With h265 HEVC 10bit / 8bit 720p runs at about 12-14 fps. Graphics driver version is v.15.40.34.4624 / v.20.19.15.4624 from 03/08/2017.

Is there a video BIOS update? Actually, the playback should be fluid, the processor is barely loaded, the GPU hardware acceleration DXVA2 is used.

Hi,
i've just reveiced mine and I think that's a pretty cool little PC, I started to play with win10 and saw that it is relatively fluid. :$

Now I would like to test with some linux distro. I've managed to boot the first time plug the power, but for now (i've redo my USB live key  since then) It is impossible. In the inerval i've finished the installation of Win10. :o

So my question is what are the requirements to boot ? Is there UEFI ? (now live linux distro are UEFI)
Is there some bios option, that i need to change ?
How could I access to the bios ?

And a last one : is there wake on lan allowed ?

Thanks for the relies.

I can reach the BIOS with constant pressing of F7 before the logo of Beelink appears after restart/cold start.

Ok, I finally managed to access the bios !

In fact the HDMI output seems no to be able to display anything on the screen (depends on the display resolution maybe...) at boot time.
I've reach the bios by connecting the BT3 Pro with a VGA cable on another display.
